Deliveries are made only to addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy.<\/p>\n<p>The offer applies for as long as it is displayed in the online shop and\/or while stocks last. Changes to prices and to the <span data-doc-id=\"4905414000000082001\" data-doc-type=\"writer\">product range<\/span> are possible at any time. In particular, BIK accepts no liability for spamming, hacking, the transmission of viruses or other attempts to intrude into computers and other end devices used, or for any damage caused thereby. BIK declines all liability for damage arising from a temporary or permanent interruption of, or delay to, the services or the network, such as the loss of business or private data, the unavailability of data and the like. No warranty can be given for the permanent and fault-free operation of the mobile telephone network. No guarantee can be given as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of the data relating to the services claimed via this application or to their performance. Use of this service is at the user&#8217;s own risk. Orders<span class=\"toggle_icon\"><span class=\"vert_icon\"><\/span><span class=\"hor_icon\"><\/span><\/span><\/p><div id='toggle-id-6' aria-labelledby='toggle-toggle-id-6' role='region' class='toggle_wrap  av-title-above'  ><div class='toggle_content invers-color ' ><p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\" data-doc-id=\"4905414000000082001\" data-doc-type=\"writer\">The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue, that is, a non-binding invitation to customers to order the product in the online shop. BIK reserves the right to limit delivery quantities and not to carry out the delivery where an order is exceptionally large.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\">By placing the order in the online shop, or by confirming the order by telephone or in person with BIK, the customer concludes a binding contract of sale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\">When ordering in the online shop, the total value of the shopping basket may not exceed CHF 2\u2018000.\u2013 (payment by credit card) or CHF 700.- (payment by payment slip).<\/p>\n<p>After the order has been submitted, the customer automatically receives an acknowledgement of receipt documenting that the order has reached BIK. For economic reasons, no correspondence or telephone communication will be entered into in such cases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\" data-margin-bottom=\"8.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\">Orders above CHF 100.00 may be returned within 14 days. A payment slip is enclosed with the order and must be settled within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\">Before the order is dispatched, BIK carries out a credit check, since BIK&#8217;s advance performance entails a risk of default. BIK may exclude purchase on invoice as a payment method without stating reasons. For purchase on invoice, customers must be resident or domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\">In the event of late payment, BIK reserves the right to charge reminder fees and default interest. All expenses incurred in connection with the collection of overdue receivables shall be borne by the customer. Where reminders are unsuccessful, the invoiced amounts may be assigned to a company instructed with debt collection. The company instructed with debt collection will assert the outstanding amounts in its own name and for its own account and may charge additional processing fees and default interest from the due date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\"><strong>Electronic means of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\">The order can be paid for using the electronic means of payment made available on the website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\"><strong>Refunds, credit notes, credit balances<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\">Where customers are entitled to refunds or other credits, these are reimbursed to the customer or, where\u00a0available, credited to the customer account.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{\"type\":\"text\",\"bgc\":\"transparent\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0.0pt\" data-window-control-info=\"true\" data-line-height=\"1\" data-writer-border-info=\"{\"border-sides\":&#091;\"border-top\",\"border-right\",\"border-left\",\"border-bottom\"&#093;}\">Current subscriptions are not refunded.<\/p>\n<p>BIK vouchers may under no circumstances be sold or auctioned. In addition to this 60 CHF, storage fees of 1 CHF per day are charged for as long as the key has to be kept by BIK. This amount must be settled in cash on site when the key is collected, and before the key is handed over.
